What materials are your jewellery pieces made of?

Our jewellery is made with fine earthenware clay. Once carved/designed, its left to dry and fired in a kiln before it's painted.

What paint is used on the jewellery?

We use high quality acrylic paints on most of pieces. The ceramic jewellery has been painted using underglaze and glazes.

Can I customize a piece of jewellery?

We are not taking any customization requests. Please choose from a wide variety of products available on our website. Thanks for shopping with us.

How do I care for and clean my jewellery?

Spot clean only. Please use a soft clean cloth to wipe your jewellery. Avoid spraying perfumes directly on the jewellery.

How do we pay for the order?

Domestic orders (within India) can be paid via UPI, Credit Cards (Visa/Mastercard/RuPay), Debit Cards, and NetBanking. For international orders, please write to neha.gopinath.pillai@gmail.com

What are your shipping options and delivery times?

Once an order is placed and payment processed, it takes 3-5 business days to ship and estimated delivery time is 4-10 business days . For delivery in Bengaluru, shipping fee of INR 49/- will be charged. For all other locations across India, a standard shipping fee of INR 99/- will be charged.

Does your jewellery contain nickel?

The wires used do contain portions of nickel. A few parts used to assemble the jewellery may also contain portions of nickel.
